The ultra-premium white varietal of southwest France.  A rich, exotic dry white with aromas of white flowers and herbal notes.  On the palate, flavors of citrus, almonds, and apricots, with a long bracing finish.  This easy to drink white has a flavor profile that would give your favorite chardonnay a heart attack! Bottled unfiltered with minimal intervention, or manipulation to capture the "somewhereness" of La Vigna.

Ingredients: Petit Manseng grapes(100% from our 2009 vintage) and sulfur dioxide

Indigenous yeast (start of fermentation), cultured yeast (second half of fermentation), and bentonite.
